We are seeking an experienced Contract Programme Manager to support organisations through major transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into successful delivery.

Your Impact

As a Contract Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of strategic programmes, managing priorities, resources and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and business stakeholders, you will provide direction, governance and oversight to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and aligned with organisational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end programme delivery across complex business initiatives

• Developing programme plans, timelines, governance frameworks and delivery strategies

• Managing risks, dependencies, budgets and resource requirements

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

• Coordinating multiple projects and workstreams to deliver strategic objectives

• Monitoring progress, reporting performance and driving continuous improvement

• Supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption

 

Your Experience & Expertise

This contract opportunity is suited to an experienced Programme Manager who can quickly establish direction, build stakeholder confidence and deliver results within challenging environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing complex programmes within transformation, technology, operations or business change environments

• Strong programme governance and delivery management experience

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills

• Ability to identify risks, resolve challenges and drive delivery momentum

• A structured approach with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

 

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline preferred

• Recognised programme or project management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent preferred

• Experience using programme management methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery tools

• Understanding of change management, transformation delivery or operational improvement environments
