Your Impact

As a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Analyst, you will support improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, supply chain processes and digital transformation programmes.

Working alongside operational leaders, technical specialists and business stakeholders, you will analyse challenges, develop insights and support the delivery of solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and long-term performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing manufacturing and supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Supporting operational improvement and transformation initiatives

• Using data analysis to develop insights and recommendations

• Supporting initiatives across automation, digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges and implement practical solutions

• Developing reports, presentations and analysis to support decision-making

Your Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in an analytical, operational or supply chain-focused role

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex challenges

• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations or continuous improvement principles

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and improvement

 

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline preferred

• Experience with data analysis tools, reporting platforms or operational improvement methodologies

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, automation or digital transformation concepts

• Familiarity with supply chain processes, manufacturing systems or operational performance metrics
