We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support organisations in improving operational efficiency, enhancing processes and delivering transformation initiatives.

Your Impact

As a Contract Business Analyst - Operations, you will support organisations through operational improvement programmes, working closely with stakeholders to analyse challenges, develop recommendations and help deliver effective solutions.

You will contribute to initiatives across areas such as process optimisation, supply chain improvement, cost efficiency, operational capability building and digital transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Supporting transformation projects and operational improvement initiatives

• Gathering requirements and translating business challenges into practical solutions

• Working with stakeholders across operations, technology and business functions

• Developing insights, reports and recommendations to support decision-making

• Supporting implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery

• Using data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

 

Your Experience & Expertise

This contract opportunity is suited to a Business Analyst who can quickly understand complex operational environments, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver value from the outset.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within an operational, transformation or change environment

• Experience supporting process improvement or business transformation initiatives

• Understanding of operational functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, service operations or product development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information

• Experience gathering requirements and developing practical recommendations

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within project deadlines

 

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Technology or a related discipline preferred

• Experience with business analysis methodologies and process improvement techniques

• Familiarity with data analysis tools, reporting platforms or operational performance metrics

• Understanding of digital transformation, operational excellence or continuous improvement principles
