Your Impact

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business challenges, analysing opportunities and supporting initiatives that improve performance, efficiency and long-term growth.

Working alongside business leaders, technical teams and key stakeholders, you will combine research, analysis and structured problem-solving to develop insights and recommendations that support effective decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements to understand organisational needs

• Working with stakeholders to identify challenges and improvement opportunities

• Supporting digital transformation, operational improvement and change initiatives

• Analysing data to develop meaningful insights and recommendations

• Creating reports, documentation and presentations to communicate findings clearly

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful delivery

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues at different levels

• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred

• Experience with business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques

• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools or process improvement frameworks

• Understanding of digital transformation, technology delivery or operational improvement environments
